About the Role

As a core member of the Axonics EMEA team, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of Sacral Neuromodulation (SNM) and continence care across the region. Working cross-functionally with country sales, marketing and global franchise teams, you will develop and execute product strategies that drive business growth, support successful product launches and deliver meaningful outcomes for healthcare professionals and patients. This role is ideal for a commercially minded Product Manager who combines strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities and a customer-focused mindset.

Purpose Statement

To drive business growth through market intelligence, competitive analysis, product positioning, strategic planning and successful product launch execution. Working closely with country leadership, EMEA franchise teams and global partners, this role is responsible for developing and executing product marketing strategies, managing franchise plans and budgets, and ensuring excellence in marketing execution across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Axonics EMEA product strategy based on market insights, competitive intelligence and global franchise objectives.
• Lead the SNM portfolio strategy and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver the overarching Axonics growth plan.
• Develop and implement product launch strategies, including sales enablement, positioning, value proposition development and commercial execution plans.
• Support franchise planning processes, including Strategic Planning and Annual Operating Plan (AOP), in partnership with EMEA leadership.
• Develop regional and country product marketing plans aligned to business objectives and local market needs.
• Identify market opportunities, customer insights and competitive trends, translating findings into actionable growth strategies.
• Partner with country sales and marketing teams to optimise market development activities, customer segmentation and healthcare professional engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to ensure alignment across product initiatives, launches and strategic priorities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), clinical experts and key customers.
• Support sales teams through product training, customer programs, educational initiatives and marketing tools.
• Manage product performance, forecasting, business analysis and budget planning to achieve revenue and profitability objectives.
• Maintain deep expertise in disease states, product technologies, customer pathways, competitive dynamics and market developments.
• Champion quality and compliance standards across all activities, ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulatory requirements.

Who We Are Looking For

Experience

• 8+ years' experience in product management, marketing and/or sales within the MedTech industry.
• Experience operating within a regional EMEA environment is strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of successful product launch execution and commercial strategy development.
• Experience working effectively within a matrix organisation.

• Strong commercial acumen, including budget and financial management.
