What you bring

We are looking for an operationally strong, detail-oriented professional (f/m/d) who is passionate about employee well-being, process efficiency, and program administration. Rather than counting your years of experience, we value your core skills, adaptability and your ability to run complex programs smoothly.

Mandatory Qualifications & Skills:

• Operational Excellence & Process Mapping: Strong capability to manage day-to-day administration, troubleshoot operational issues, and optimize workflows.
• Vendor & Partner Management: Skills in coordinating with external providers and third-party administrators to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Analytical & Compliance Mindset: Ability to interpret benefits data, monitor program utilization, and ensure alignment with local regulatory and legal requirements.
• Customer-Centric Communication: Fluent in German and English (written and spoken), strong empathetic communication skills to support employees navigating complex benefits queries.
• Academic Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field of study.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience working with HR Information Systems (HRIS), benefits administration platforms, and data tools like MS Excel.

In this role, you will be at the heart of our employee experience, ensuring our benefits programs run seamlessly while helping to shape and manage future offerings.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Build Robust Management Frameworks: Support the design, implementation, and governance of existing and new benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive, scalable, and compliant.
• Build Seamless Benefits Operations: Manage the day-to-day administration of diverse benefits programs (such as retirement, financial wellness and mobility/transportation), ensuring accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Build Strong Vendor Relationships: Oversee external vendors and partners, monitoring service level agreements (SLAs) and ensuring high-quality delivery of benefits to our employees.
• Build Data-Driven Insights: Analyze benefits utilization rates, feedback, and market trends to make recommendations for program improvements and cost-management strategies.
• Build Employee-Facing Resources: Create clear, accessible communication materials, self-service tools, and guides to help employees easily understand, access, and maximize their benefits.
