Customer Service and Logistics Specialist (d/f/m) - Export

About the Role

You will be part of our business unit health and medical solutions and responsible for coordinating and performing all activities ensuring that Export market related orders will be processed on time together with internal and external partners.

For our Global Warehouse and Distribution Medical team, we are looking for a Customer Service and Logistics Specialist Export (d/f/m) to join us as soon as possible in a full-time fixed-term position covering a parental leave absence, based in Hamburg.

What You Will Do

• Coordinate, create, and process sales orders and invoices for Export customer dispatch
• Prepare Export documents to support customs clearance according to incoterms and local requirements
• Collaborate with local Customer Services and Supply Chain to manage out-of-stock situations for Export countries
• Analyze Export service complaints, implement corrective actions, and share information with stakeholders
• Verify invoices and maintain master data and shipment costing tables, identify necessary corrections for process improvement
• Oversee daily operations of Export Customer Logistics activities, ensuring cost efficiency for customers, and collaborate with key markets to develop and maintain forecasts & communication

Who You Are

• Minimum 2 years of experience in international Customer Service or logistics export coordination
• Knowledge of Logistics operations, Export business and experience with Sea and Air freight documentation and processes globally
• Strong customer service skills and a proactive, independent work attitude
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams, influence organizational outcomes and to implement processes
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office, especially Excel
• Excellent communication skills; fluent in English; German/Spanish skills are a plus
