‘This role is a 1-year fixed term contract’
As our Customer Claims & Dispute Sr. Accountant, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality claims and dispute management within our Order-to-Cash organization. You'll review and resolve customer claims, analyse documentation and evidence, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure timely processing in line with service levels and compliance requirements. Your work will help maintain strong customer relationships while supporting process excellence across a global business.
If you've worked in a claims, disputes or customer service role where you balanced customer needs with policy compliance, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is your ability to make sound decisions, prioritise effectively and maintain quality while managing multiple cases.
The Order-to-Cash team supports the LEGO Group through consistent, high-quality and customer-focused process execution. We're building a department where collaboration, process excellence, quality and a positive working environment go hand in hand. You'll join colleagues who are committed to continuous improvement, enjoy working together and take pride in delivering value for customers and the wider business.
Success in this role means resolving claims accurately, meeting service commitments and helping shape a sustainable, high-performing claims function. You'll become a trusted partner to customers and colleagues, contribute to process improvements and support the evolution of the Order-to-Cash organisation. Working closely with customers, logistics providers, collections teams and internal stakeholders, you'll help ensure efficient execution and strong operational performance across the claims process.
