Overview

In Bogotá, Colombia, we are looking for an Experience Technology Engineer with 2–5 years of experience in front-end development and web technologies. This role is responsible for developing responsive and accessible digital experiences, implementing features using modern JavaScript frameworks, writing unit tests, reviewing code, and resolving technical issues. Working closely with UX, design, and technology teams, the Experience Technology Engineer will help translate visual designs and business requirements into high-quality digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement features and resolve technical issues.
• Write unit tests and perform code and pull request reviews.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Implement components using modern frameworks or platforms.
• Ensure responsive and cross-browser development.
• Translate visual designs into functional digital experiences.
• Apply accessibility standards and coding best practices.
• Work closely with UX teams to define component behavior across different viewports.
• Review requirements and acceptance criteria and provide technical recommendations.
• Communicate potential technical issues to project leads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with responsive and cross-browser development.
• Familiarity with at least one modern JavaScript framework.
• Knowledge of testing and debugging.
• Understanding of web standards, HTTP protocols, and web development lifecycle.
• B2 Upper-Intermediate English level.
