Job Description

AI Project Manager
You will report to: AI Strategy & Transformation Lead
Work Model: Hybrid
Location: Mexico, Colombia and Brazil

Main Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and timelines.
• Coordinate AI project teams.
• Manage risks and dependencies.
• Support governance processes.
• Track milestones.
• Maintain dashboards.
• Facilitate team member communication.
• Coordinate pilot and launch activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5 or more years of experience.
• Experience leading programs.
• Advanced Level of English.
• Experience with AI, automation, digital products, analytics, CRM, Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot, or similar technologies.
• PMP, Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, or related certifications.
