Job Description

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

We seek an experienced and proactive Client Oversea Solution Program Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in solution selling, project management, preferably within the recruitment industry, and a solid ability to leverage resources and optimize LinkedIn products and platforms. As the Program Sales, you will take the lead on comprehensive aspects of the project, ensuring its success and driving the deal renewal which can generate revenue.

Responsibilities

Manage the process of program execution, ensure that our customer satisfy with the outcome and buy in COS value, drive the COS program renewal rate, generate bookings and achieve the sales quota.

To achieve this goal, you need to:

  1. Understand the customer’s challenges, goals and expectations, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders and end-users. Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively on the project objectives, and increase customer engagement.
  2. Lead the Program Associates to execute the COS program, including setting and aligning project targets, success criteria, and timelines. Analyze the customer’s needs and pain points to identify sales opportunities. Effective drive opportunities to sales with strong collaboration with peers.
  3. Monitor performance data and manage project processes; anticipate and mitigate risks. Understand the customer’s hiring issues and provide customized solutions. Share relevant market trends, industry insights, and overseas hiring experiences to boost LinkedIn’s total value in oversea recruiting space.
  4. Create Reliable forecasts and be completely transparent with management on the pipeline status.
  5. Develop and execute a strategic plan for respective territory or accounts for COS program sales or upsales.
  6. Drive revenue by prospecting and building pipeline while building strong relationships with clients.
  7. Close business consistently at or above quota level.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • BA degree from a 4-year college or university or applicable experience.
  • 4+ years proven experience in project management or sales within the recruitment industry (such as Headhunting, Recruitment Process Outsourcing).
  • Business fluency in English and Mandarin.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Track record in managing people and leading teams.
  • A track record of quota overachievement and hitting working targets.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn products and platforms.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable to do business travel within China.
