Position Responsibilities:

  • Support the preparation and coordination of Audit Committee, Audit Leadership Team, Executive Leadership Team, and other leadership materials, including presentations, executive summaries, briefing notes, and speaking notes.
  • Help organize and translate audit, risk, performance, and strategic information into clear, concise, and audience-appropriate communications.
  • Assist with governance and leadership activities by coordinating meeting materials, maintaining agendas, documenting decisions, tracking action items, and supporting follow-up activities.
  • Collect, validate, and analyze audit performance data, operational metrics, risk themes, and key issues to support reporting and decision-making.
  • Contribute to the preparation and enhancement of key performance indicators (KPIs), scorecards, and management reporting materials.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives by coordinating activities, monitoring milestones and deliverables, and helping teams stay aligned on priorities.
  • Conduct research and assist with activities related to audit methodology, quality assurance, enterprise risk management, industry trends, and leading practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting, governance, data quality, and operational processes through automation, GenAI, and other technology-enabled solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Audit and Advisory Services to support strategic priorities and high-quality business outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, draw insights, and make practical observations from data.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to organize information and present ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Curious, self-motivated, and proactive, with a willingness to learn, take initiative, and ask thoughtful questions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Interest in or previous experience related to internal audit, risk management, governance, strategy, reporting, consulting, data analytics, or financial services.
  • Experience preparing presentations, analyzing data, coordinating projects, or supporting cross-functional initiatives.
  • Interest in executive communications, storytelling with data, performance reporting, process improvement, Power BI, automation, or GenAI tools.
