Job Title: Order Management Representative

Job Description

We are seeking an Order Management Representative to provide administrative support to our order management team. This team is responsible for overseeing the order to cash cycle for single-phase and three-phase Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS) products and projects.

Responsibilities

• Cancel and adjust order lines as needed.
• Retrieve invoices from a centralized web application and ensure timely submission to customers via email.
• Perform general order management administration and data cleanup as instructed.
• Navigate emails, process queries, and respond to orders efficiently.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
• Post-secondary diploma or degree.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, JDE, or Oracle.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency, particularly in French, is a plus.
• Customer service orientation.
• Project work/supporting projects experience.
• Engineering degree is advantageous but not mandatory.

Work Environment

The position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with some flexibility in start and end times between 8 am and 5 pm. Initially, the role will be onsite for five days a week, with potential progression to a hybrid model of three days onsite and two days working from home. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Etobicoke, ON.
