All about the role:

Our Finance teams contribute to Electrolux purpose by providing financial expertise and business insights that support sustainable growth and innovation. Working in a dynamic, proactive, and collaborative environment, we help ensure that investments and strategic initiatives create long-term value for the business.

As the Sr Product Line Controlling Analyst, you will support the Product Line Controlling organization across Latin America, acting as a financial partner for Product Line, Local Categories, and R&D teams. Your main focus will be supporting financial evaluations and performance analyses for New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, ensuring sound business cases, robust financial governance, and post-launch tracking of results. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to the financial success of innovation and product development initiatives throughout the product lifecycle.

What you'll do

In detail, you will:

• Support Product Line Controlling Management and Specialists in providing financial analysis and insights for Product Line and NPI initiatives;
• Develop profitability analyses, financial models, business cases, and investment evaluations for new product development projects;
• Validate business case assumptions, including sales volumes, pricing, channel mix, product costs, investments, and profitability expectations;
• Ensure business cases comply with ROI, payback, and financial return requirements established by the organization;
• Monitor product launch performance and portfolio results against approved business cases, identifying deviations and improvement opportunities;
• Prepare post-launch reviews, profitability reports, and management presentations to support decision-making;
• Generate analyses related to product portfolio performance, product lifecycle management, and innovation investments;
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and controlling standards;
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, R&D, Commercial, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance teams to support business objectives;
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities related to innovation and product development projects;
• Contribute to reporting automation, process improvements, and the development of analytical tools and dashboards.
• Participate in Lean Thinking initiatives and continuous improvement activities (EMS / EAI).

Who you are

You have:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields;
• Knowledge of financial modeling, investment analysis, ROI, and profitability evaluation;
• Understanding of P&L structure, costing methodologies, pricing analysis, and product profitability;
• Ability to work with large datasets and translate information into actionable business insights;
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical capabilities;
• Familiarity with BI and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar);
• Advanced English and Spanish is a plus.

Where you'll be:

You will be based at the Curitiba administrative office. Located in Prado Velho, it is a new Electrolux location designed from the start to allow for more efficient, connected and flexible collaboration between Electrolux’s support teams.
