Your future duties and responsibilities

We are looking for experienced SAP Payroll Consultants with strong knowledge of German Payroll to support configuration, implementation and migration activities within an SAP HCM environment.

• Configure and optimize SAP HCM Payroll solutions
• Work with payroll schemas, rules and wage types
• Support German payroll processes and requirements
• Contribute to HR migration and transformation activities
• Collaborate with functional and technical SAP teams

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP HCM Payroll (PY)
• Strong knowledge of German Payroll
• Good knowledge of Personnel Administration (PA)
• Understanding of German payroll legislation and regulatory requirements
• Experience with payroll schemas, rules and wage types
• SAP S/4HANA / H4S4 experience is desirable
• HR migration experience is an advantage
• German public-sector experience is a plus
• German language skills required
