Your potential has a place here with TTEC’s award-winning employment experience. As a Linux & Kubernetes Platform Administrator working hybrid (2 days per week on-site) in Sofia, Bulgaria, you’ll be a part of bringing humanity to business. #experienceTTEC
Do you enjoy building and running resilient Linux and Kubernetes platforms and automating everything you can? Are you analytical, hands-on and energized by solving complex infrastructure problems? In this role, you’ll join our team in Sofia providing technical expertise in the design, administration, automation, optimization and support of enterprise Linux-based infrastructure and container platforms for a leading technology client. You’ll keep infrastructure highly available and secure, drive automation with Terraform and Ansible, support business-critical applications and take part in modernization projects across hybrid and cloud environments.
Supportive of your career and professional development. An inclusive culture and community minded organization where giving back is encouraged. A global team of curious lifelong learners guided by our company values. Ask us about our paid time off (PTO) and wellness and healthcare benefits. And yes... a great compensation package and performance bonus opportunities, benefits you’d expect and maybe a few that would pleasantly surprise you (like tuition reimbursement). Visit https://mybenefits.ttec.com/ for more information.
The anticipated salary range for this role is 2,400–2,600 EUR gross per month, depending on experience and skills.
You’ll work closely with TTEC colleagues and with our client’s architects, engineering teams and application teams, so you’ll see first-hand how your work keeps business-critical applications running on modern hybrid and cloud platforms. We value curiosity and a love of learning: if you’re keen to keep growing with Kubernetes, automation and infrastructure modernization, we want to hear from you. You’ll also have a chance to make great new connections within the TTEC community and grow your career in a dynamic, family-friendly atmosphere.
Working hours and standby: standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, in a hybrid model with 2 days per week on-site in Sofia. In addition, you’ll take part in standby coverage for a few days per month, being available to pick up your phone on designated days between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM. The time you actually work during standby is treated as overtime and paid at the applicable increased rate, and the standby time itself is compensated in accordance with Bulgarian legislation.
You’ll contribute to the success of the customer experience and the overall success of the team.
