This role has been designed as 'Hybrid' with a requirement that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:

The Compliance and Quality Lead is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and continuously improving compliance, information security, and quality management processes and practices across the Managed Services Delivery (MSD) organization. The role leads internal and external assessments and certification activities related to ISO 27001, TISAX, SOC 1 (ISAE 3402), SOC 2, ISO 20000, and other applicable industry standards and regulatory requirements.

The Compliance and Security Lead ensures compliance with internal policies, customer obligations, and industry best practices, while driving continuous improvement initiatives related to information security, IT risk management, service quality, and operational excellence.

How you will make your mark:

  • Develop, implement, maintain, and continuously improve management systems and governance frameworks supporting ISO 27001, ISO 20000, TISAX, SOC 1 (ISAE 3402), SOC 2, and other applicable standards.
  • Own and coordinate certification and recertification activities, customer assessments, including preparation, execution, and follow-up actions.
  • Plan and lead internal audits, assessments, and compliance reviews.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve policies, procedures, standards, work instructions, and process documentation.
  • Identify compliance gaps, audit findings, and nonconformities; drive corrective and preventive actions through closure.
  • Manage compliance and operational risk processes and ensure effective mitigation plans are established and tracked.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of compliance and quality controls and recommend improvements based on industry best practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process efficiency, service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
  • Review business requirements and ensure processes, controls, and documentation are updated accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate records of process changes, audit results, certifications, risk assessments, and corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain compliance and quality metrics, dashboards, and reports for management reviews.
  • Collaborate effectively with delivery teams, customers, auditors, and stakeholders to ensure compliance, security and quality objectives are achieved.
  • Deliver awareness sessions, training, and guidance related to compliance, quality management, and organizational standards.
  • Support customer due diligence activities and compliance-related requests.
  • Lead, coordinate and participate in team internal projects, organizational improvement, internal and external events and quality management initiatives.
  • Support Delivery in achieving business objectives.

About you:

  • Relevant professional experience in IT compliance, information security, audit, risk management, quality management, or related discipline.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience with one or more of the following frameworks and standards: ISO 27001, ISO 20000, TISAX, SOC 1 (ISAE 3402), SOC 2.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Good understanding of Managed Services operations and IT service delivery processes.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent documentation, reporting, and record-management skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance standards.
  • Ability to build productive working relationships with customers, auditors, and internal teams.
