About the Role

RELYzIT Talent is seeking a freelance UX Designer for a 2-month engagement with our client in Brussels, Belgium. What You’ll Be Doing

• Analyze user and business needs to inform design decisions and priorities
• Design user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes that bring concepts to life
• Conduct user testing sessions, gather feedback, and recommend actionable improvements
• Contribute to the evolution of the Design System and UX standards, ensuring consistency and scalability
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and development teams in an Agile environment
• Integrate frameworks and guidelines provided by management, enterprise architects, or business analysts into your design process
• Facilitate workshops and communicate design rationale to diverse stakeholders
• Present prototypes and explain your working methods during interviews and team sessions

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in UX Design for web or business applications
• Mastery of Figma (mandatory) and ZeroHeight
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Excellent communication, listening, and workshop facilitation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
• Talent for translating complex requirements into simple, user-centered solutions
• Experience creating personas, user journeys, user flows, and interactive prototypes
• Demonstrated ability to conduct user tests and synthesize feedback into actionable insights
• Knowledge of the public sector and employment-related applications is a plus

Language Proficiency

Professional proficiency in English is required. Additional language skills (French or Dutch) are considered an asset.

Other Requirements

Partial remote work is possible; on-site presence in Brussels may be required. During the interview, you will be asked to present prototypes and discuss your design process. This is a freelance position with a fixed duration of 2 months.
