  • Identify incident impacts across systems and stakeholders, including DGOs and suppliers, and take proactive steps to resolve or escalate as needed.
  • Create, document, and execute workarounds for incidents, ensuring solutions are shared and reused across the team and market domains.
  • Maintain and update the Atrias Knowledge Database with new solutions and incident learnings.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer within the team, ensuring consistent operational quality and rapid onboarding of new team members.
  • Provide regular feedback to problem and change teams, supporting root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
  • Follow established service procedures for incident and problem management, ensuring compliance and quality control.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external teams, including IT vendors, domain leads, and service delivery managers.
  • Deliver clear and timely status reports on incident management activities.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for team members, ensuring smooth transitions and knowledge continuity.

What We’re Looking For

  • Demonstrable experience as a functional analyst (junior level).
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Ability to explain complex technical and functional issues in clear, user-friendly language.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ownership mentality: you take responsibility for outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Team player who thrives in collaborative, cross-functional environments.
  • Experience with incident analysis, workaround creation, and recovery actions in a business or IT context.
  • Familiarity with the Belgian energy market and MIG documentation is highly valued.
  • Ability to quickly build knowledge of CMS database structures and linked applications.
  • Experience with SQL: writing, modifying, and executing queries for incident analysis.
  • Exposure to project methodologies (Agile/Scrum/ITIL) and incident management tools (TopDesk, Jira, ServiceNow, Atlassian, Azure DevOps).
  • Experience in data analysis and user story creation.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with external stakeholders (utility sector, IT service providers).
  • Ability to document and manage escalation procedures (nice to have).
