Full time permanent opportunity based in Sydney.
The Financial Services Group (FSG) segment specialises in the provision of Aon client service delivery to large and complex clients, generally serving the top 500 public and private companies in Australia, including large government clients.
This is a senior client leadership and financial lines broking role that is both industry specific and part of the broader FSG National team.
The role is strategic, client focused and people led. You will partner with the Head of Fintech and Digital Economy to execute strategic growth priorities, lead key client relationships, manage and develop a high-performing team, and contribute to the overall FSG National strategy.
This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Aon Sydney offices.
Aon is in the business of better decisions. At Aon, we shape decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world.
As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.
You will be responsible for leading a portfolio of financial institutions, technology and mid-market complex placements, while providing strategic client leadership and people management across the team:
The team has been achieving strong growth overall, and this is an opportunity to lead an established client portfolio, develop team capability and play a key role in growing the practice group. You will work closely with experienced senior leaders while having clear accountability for client, commercial and people outcomes.
Your dedication and high level of commitment will be what earns you the respect of the team; in return you will learn from an experienced group of individuals nationally and an outstanding mentor who will ensure you have a long and successful career within Aon.
In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce. Plus, our agile, inclusive environment allows you to manage your wellbeing and work/life balance, ensuring you can be your best self at Aon. Our continuous learning culture inspires and equips you to learn, share and grow, helping you achieve your fullest potential. As a result, at Aon, you are more connected, more relevant, and more valued.
