Queens Public Library is one of the largest and busiest public library systems in the United States, serving the most ethnically and culturally diverse area in the country. Founded in 1896 as an independent, non-profit organization, it is headquartered at 89-11 Merrick Boulevard, Jamaica, NY 11432, US, and operates in the libraries industry with a team of more than 1,000 employees.
