NATIVE HEALTH

Native American Community Health Center, Inc. (dba NATIVE HEALTH) was founded in 1978 in Phoenix, Arizona, as a small community nursing program funded by a grant from the Indian Health Service. Today, the organization operates within the Hospitals and Health Care industry through two main divisions: Primary Care (medical and dental) and Behavioral Health, offering services such as WIC programs, health promotion and prevention, wellness initiatives, and behavioral health support. NATIVE HEALTH serves more than 13,000 individuals annually, accounting for over 70,000 patient visits, and manages contracts, grants, and service fees exceeding $11 million. As a private, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, it is led by a Chief Executive Officer under the oversight of a Board of Directors, and is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, Inc. The organization currently employs more than 170 people.
