Founded in 1984, Lakeshirts is a custom apparel decorating company that has grown from a humble start in a basement into a $200 million+ business operating out of a 275,000 square foot facility in the apparel and fashion industry. Headquartered at 750 Randolph Rd, Detroit Lakes, MN 56501, US, the company employs more than 380 people along with over 60 nationwide sales representatives. Its production capabilities include 48 automatic screenprint presses, 32 multi-head embroidery machines, six 60-foot laser appliqué bridges, and three sublimation presses, supporting a catalog of over 100 bodystyles in multiple colors totaling more than 1,000,000 inventory pieces. With more than 40 in-house artists producing thousands of original designs each year, Lakeshirts serves thousands of customers in the resort and college markets, valued for its design variety, garment inventory, and reliable delivery.
