Iowa Primary Care Association

Iowa Primary Care Association (Iowa PCA), founded in 1988 and headquartered in Des Moines, Iowa, is a non-profit membership organization in the Hospitals and Health Care industry. It provides technical assistance and training to Iowa's community health centers, supporting their mission to deliver quality, affordable primary and preventive care that meets community needs. The association represents 13 community health centers and one migrant health program, which together serve nearly 200,000 Iowans annually through close to 700,000 patient visits. Through its sister companies, Iowa PCA extends its impact further: INConcertCare supports health centers with health information technology, data analytics, and population health management to strengthen partnerships and reduce fragmented care, while IowaHealth+ operates a statewide network of 11 member health centers demonstrating improved patient outcomes at lower costs. With more than 100 employees, Iowa PCA remains a trusted voice on healthcare issues, particularly those affecting vulnerable populations.
