Chelsea Piers Sports & Entertainment Complex is a 28-acre sports village located between 17th and 23rd Streets along Manhattan's Hudson River. Founded in 1995, the company operates within the spectator sports industry and transformed four historic, long-neglected piers into a major center for public recreation and waterfront access, now drawing approximately 4.1 million visitors annually. Spanning Piers 59 through 62, the complex includes a golf club with a multi-tiered outdoor driving range, a fitness club featuring a rock wall, 75-foot pool and extensive group class offerings, two indoor ice rinks, a 40-lane bowling center, event spaces, a marina, and facilities for gymnastics, soccer and basketball. Often called Manhattan's ultimate playground, Chelsea Piers is headquartered at Pier 62, Suite 300, New York, NY, and employs more than 590 people.
