Responsibilities

Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for wedding groups and events
Assist clients with planning details, timelines, and preferences
Research destinations, resorts, and venue options based on client needs
Communicate updates, confirmations, and reminders to clients
Maintain organized records of bookings and client interactions
Support a smooth coordination process from inquiry to completion
