Inside Sales Representative - Medical Device (Fully Remote)

This role is a fully remote position, requiring work during MST or PST business hours, with the ability to work in most states.

Role Overview

The Consumer Sales Representative communicates the value of pelvic floor muscle training using the leva® Pelvic Digital Health System, empowering women to make informed choices about their pelvic health through superior service and accurate information. This role collaborates closely with internal team members to provide the best patient experience possible.

Responsibilities

Promote and sell Axena’s products to prospective customers, including making outbound calls to women interested in Axena’s product line.
Handle inbound calls from potential customers who have learned about Axena’s products from their physician, physical therapist, or marketing campaigns.
Communicate pharmacy and/or DME insurance coverage to patients, with the ability to sell through insurance.
Answer inquiries about Axena products and their correct use, as well as about competitive products.
Communicate with women about intimate health care issues and anatomical functions in a mature and professional manner.
Deliver superior customer service on all inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat sessions.
Document each customer profile and interaction accurately in the CRM systems.
Review recorded calls with the manager to identify best practices and areas for improvement.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and understanding of market dynamics that may impact sales.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales and customer service goals.
Provide feedback and suggestions to support continuous process improvement.
Ensure customer data is protected as per Axena’s Regulatory and Compliance policies.
Perform a broad range of sales, customer support, and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of sales experience preferred, ideally in medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or consumer product fields.
Knowledge of and experience supporting patients in women’s health is preferred.
Experience in a high-volume contact center environment is preferred.
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is preferred.
Experience interpreting pharmacy and/or DME insurance plan coverage is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly, active listening, and effectively influence others.
Formal sales training and certification is preferred.
Strong communication skills, delivering impactful oral and written communications.
Results-oriented, focusing on solutions and driving for positive outcomes.
Accountable for producing high-quality work and exceptional service.
Effective self-management and action orientation, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
High level of customer service, handling inquiries, orders, and shipments efficiently.

Other Requirements

The ability to work outside normal business hours to meet business objectives is required.
Required Travel: <10%

This role is non-exempt with an hourly rate between $24-$28 based on experience and location, plus the opportunity to earn up to $25,000 annually in commission/bonus incentives.
