Position Overview

This is NOT a remote position. You must live within 30 miles of the posting location. Heavy traveling in the New England area, PA, and WV is required.

Responsibilities

Facilitate high-quality professional development, training, and support.
Analyze data and communicate consultatively with educators and leaders.
Coordinate on-site product training and professional learning courses for teachers and school administrators.
Provide tailored on-site support to teachers, coaches, and leaders.

Travel Requirements

Travel up to 80% is required and considered an essential function of the job for all educator-facing positions, including overnight stays at hotels and transportation via car, plane, and/or public transportation.

Compensation

We offer a competitive hourly rate starting at $65/hour for educator-facing professional learning delivery, with additional compensation for preparation, co-facilitation, internal meetings, travel, and other required work activities.

Qualifications

Minimally, a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2+ years of experience in teaching ELA or Reading.
Strong working knowledge of the Common Core State Standards for ELA or Reading for Grades K–8.
Excellent facilitation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
